We’re searching for an Intermediate AI Engineer to help us develop and integrate innovative systems that combine advanced agent-based architectures, orchestration, and data-driven insights. This includes building and deploying solutions using the Google Vertex AI Platform, AgentSpace, and other emerging AI platforms to tackle challenging business problems.

Essential Functions

Multi-Agent System Development & Integration

• Design and implement agent-based architectures that coordinate tasks, context sharing, and decision-making.

• Collaborate with the broader team to explore multi-agent use cases, from process optimization to intelligent customer interactions.

• Leverage AgentSpace and related technologies to stand up AI-driven solutions that work together seamlessly.

Google Vertex AI & Emerging AI Platforms

• Harness Google Vertex AI tools to train, deploy, and manage advanced AI models.

• Experiment with other cutting-edge AI services—like conversation flows (Dialogflow), generative AI (Gemini), advanced analytics (BigQuery ML), and real-time event handling—to round out integrated solutions.

• Coordinate and maintain pipelines that ensure continuous improvement and performance monitoring.

Code & Collaboration

• Write and maintain high-quality code in modern languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, etc.) that align with team needs.

• Collaborate with AI when building solutions, including generating code suggestions, automating testing, or brainstorming improvements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams—data engineers, product managers, front-end and back-end developers—to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.

System Orchestration & MLOps

• Implement practices for deployment, monitoring, and versioning across multi-agent and ML-based projects.

• Utilize containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines to achieve scalable, repeatable deployments.

• Ensure solutions can adapt over time, maintaining reliability and security.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay on the cutting edge of agent-based AI, orchestration patterns, and cloud services.

• Actively research new tools and frameworks, experimenting to find what best suits real-world use cases.

• Contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing, encouraging team members to learn from each other, review code, and continuously refine processes.

What Do We Need From You?

• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying AI-driven or automation-focused applications.

• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks, event-driven architectures, or advanced AI orchestration.

• A willingness to write secure, efficient code in modern languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, etc.)—alongside AI—to produce robust solutions.

• An interest in exploring AgentSpace and the Google Vertex AI platform, from conversation flows to broader AI capabilities.

• Passion for effective DevOps and containerization, using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.

• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, innovative environment where experimentation and iteration are the norm.
