Within the DTO Finance department, the Data Office team is responsible for collection, alignment of business data requirements, stewardship of data in compliance with AYVENS frameworks.

The manager is responsible for creating a team and enabling them to reach their goal by managing the performance, safeguarding the quality of work, and creating / promoting a shared vision on how further professionalize the use of data within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating this function in Romania for DTO and perform the daily/operational management of the team and its members.

• Responsible for upholding the AYVENS data quality framework & lifecycle for Finance. Responsible for implementing the necessary processes required for data stewardship.

• Liaise and align with Finance, Risk and Digital / IT directors on the requirements, deliverables, and definition / prioritization of work packages for implementation programs.

• Ensure that the deliverables of the team meet the quality and have the (expected) value of the internal and external stakeholders. Determine, together with the stakeholders, path to implementation and realization of requirements.

• Support the Finance department to further streamline the data processes and flows. Collaborate with different stakeholders in Finance and outside Finance to define a strategic vision and long-term planning on the use of data.

• Responsible for preparing (complex) solutions and facilitate decision making for (data) requirements within the Finance department.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years relevant work experience and minimum 3 years in a leading role in reporting, data analyst or controlling role within an international financial services company. Preferably experience as a ‘product owner’. Lease industry experience is considered a strong plus.

• Excellent business analysis skills

• Experience with relevant regulatory reporting (e.g. CoRep, FinRep, LCR) and/or requirements is considered a strong plus

• Good communication skills both written and orally, in English

• Demonstrated management skills, including team leadership, project coordination.
