Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-driven chatbot solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and NLP algorithms to enhance chatbot accuracy.
• Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Train, test, and refine chatbot models to improve user experience.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive conversational flows.
• Monitor chatbot performance and optimize responses based on analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business analysts.
• Optimize prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ of experience in Chatbot, Voicebots, IVR, Conversational AI space.
• Proven experience developing chatbots using platforms like Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mandatory skill sets:

Chatbot, Voicebots, IVR, Conversational AI space, Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa, Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, REST, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, UX/UI.

Preferred skill sets:

Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
