Technology Delivery Lead

This role focuses on the execution of digital and technology initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects. The Technology Delivery Lead will support the tech organization by managing the implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives. The primary focus is on executing projects that enhance marketing and field capabilities, directly contributing to the LOC's digital transformation agenda.

The Technology Delivery Lead will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. This role requires a hands-on approach to application lifecycle management and a strong focus on execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination 

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technology projects, ensuring milestones are met.

Technical Support 

Provide hands-on technical support during project implementation, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth deployment.

Collaborative Execution

Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure project alignment with business needs.

Application Support 

Maintain and support existing tech applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Testing and Validation

Conduct testing and quality checks on technology solutions to ensure they meet performance standards.

Issue Resolution

Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure successful delivery.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Management Information Systems)
• Understanding technology architectures, including cloud, microservices, DevOps, and API-driven architectures
• Knowledge of mobile and web application development and application store hosting processes
• Understanding digital marketing technologies and platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with Azure Web Applications and DevOps systems is an asset
• Technical skills in areas such as data analytics, coding (e.g., .NET, Python, Java, SQL), and data modelling is an asset
• Experience in executing technology projects in a digital environment is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Multi-cultural sensitivity
