Summary: 

Delinea is seeking a highly motivated Finance Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience.  The ideal candidate will have a mastery of PowerBI and has demonstrated a strong ability to deeply analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights.  This person will play a critical role being the liaison between finance and the GTM business to effectively report on all top-line KPIs. 

What You'll Do: 

• Act as a consultant to both sales and finance leadership providing a wide range of strategic, analytical, and operational support across multiple global regions and sales teams 

• Solve complex problems and generating data-driven insights that directly impact revenue and solve pain points within the GTM organization 

• Transform complex data sets into actionable insights using analytical, visualization, and data tools such as PowerBI, Excel, Python, SQL, etc. 

• Create queries, views, reports, and easy-to-consume dashboards/visualizations 

• Own an entire area of go-to-market operations: PowerBI dashboard reporting of the full funnel – from leads, pipeline, bookings and full conversion analysis. 

• Understanding of key Finance metrics and support all month-end

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Science or Analytics role 

• Bachelors level in a quantitative field such as physical sciences, engineering, mathematics, or economics  

• Extensive experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, SQL, Adaptive Insights and Microsoft Excel 

• Ability to succeed in a fast paced and self directed environment 

• A passion for the PAM Industry and how to be innovative in the use of data to help sales and customer success 

For this Job, Delinea is not considering candidates that need any type of US work authorization now or in the future.  This includes, but is not limited to: F1-OPT, F1-CPT, H-1B, TN, L-1, J1, etc. 

The starting pay range for this position is $105,000-$120,000 annually if based in the US. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
