Assistant Manager-Data Analytics- Alteryx (Must) and Power BI

Required Skills / Experience:

• Must have good expertise in Alteryx – Creating complex workflows, data preparation, data blending and modelling.
• Must have expertise in creating and publishing PowerBI dashboard, well versed in DAX and M-Query, sourcing from various data sources and building data model.
• Should have good knowledge of SQL and SQL database.
• Should have excellent data sense, conceptual and logical abilities.
• Experience and exposure on Data Warehousing and Data Modelling.
• Good to have experience in Predictive Modelling – Forecasting, Regression, Classification
• Good to have coding experience in any language
• Prioritizing problem statements on the bases of reach, impact, and time to deliver the solutions, keeping all the relevant stakeholders aligned during the decision-making

Responsibility:

• Understand underlying business requirements, formulate, design, and execute analytical solutions to support the same.
• Access and extract data from a variety of sources of all sizes (including client marketing databases) via SQL, API, etc.
• Manipulate raw data into analysis-ready datasets. Handling large and complex sets of XML, JSON, and CSV from various sources and databases
• Connect to various data sources, extract data and transform data for reports development. Create visualization using Power BI, Alteryx and derive insightful analysis.
• Provide proficient problem solving and data analysis, derived from modeling and statistical experience.
• Work on Python/R. Analytical modelling experience through SAS/Python.
• Document and articulate steps taken in an analysis to project managers.
• Communicate complex analytical approaches and solutions across various teams.
• Analyze large amounts of data and build solutions based on insights captured from data

• Education:  BE/BTECH, MCA, MBA from reputable institute. 
• Highly Preferable - Masters in Data Analytics’ Degree
• Relevant Data Analytics Certification(s) are a plus.
• Work Experience: 5 to 9 years.
