Software Engineering Intern

Support one or more of the following initiatives:

Enterprise Tools: Improve our mobile app (iOS and Android) to create a comprehensive employee experience, delivering company news, personalized weekly digests, easy access to perks, and engaging video content.

Develop targeted tools to streamline departmental workflows, such as document parsers for proposal writing and review.

AWS Data Lake Management and Optimization: Enhance our core AWS Data Lake to provide a unified view of data from key systems like Unanet, Salesforce, and Workable, improving data accessibility and query performance.

Custom Data Analytics and Visualization Dashboards: Develop interactive dashboards tailored to specific business needs, providing real-time insights into internal operations, program performance, and critical metrics.

AI/ML-Powered Forecasting Tools: Implement advanced forecasting solutions (e.g., Tableau accelerators) using AI/ML to predict trends, proactively address challenges, and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

Experienced with one or more of the following Tools & Technologies: JavaScript (React), CSS, Python, AWS (S3, EC2, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, Lambda, Athena, SageMaker), Azure, Tableau, SQL
