• Facilitate to design and conduct experimental studies, including sample collection, processing, and analysis.
• Contribute to projects focused on Identifying candidate therapeutic targets and biomarkers for immune diseases.
• Analyze complex NGS data using bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
• Integrate multi-omics data (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) to identify novel biomarker signatures.
• Develop and validate machine learning predictive models for disease progression, treatment response, and patient stratification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., immunology, pathology, bioinformatics, clinical) to translate research findings into clinical development programs.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in biomarker discovery and immune-mediated disease research.
• Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and presentations.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to a positive and collaborative research environment.
Requirements
• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics or a related field.
• 5+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience in biomarker research with deep understanding of immune disease.
• Strong expertise in NGS technologies and data analysis.
• Experience with immune-mediated diseases (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease, systemic sclerosis, pulmonary fibrosis and dermatological diseases) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in leading matrixed project team.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with spatial-omics technologies (e.g., spatial transcriptomics, imaging mass cytometry).
• Experience with clinical biomarker strategy and implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of computational biology, machine learning and AI.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
