Data Quality Analyst (Arabic-Focused)

Job Overview

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Arabic data used in various AI and analytics projects. You will develop validation rules, perform data profiling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high data standards for government and enterprise clients in Saudi/Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality checks (formats, duplicates, range checks) for Arabic text and structured datasets.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on quality issues, propose corrective measures.
• Collaborate with data engineers and annotation teams to integrate QA into data pipelines.
• Document processes and produce quality reports in English and Arabic for stakeholders.
• Monitor key data quality metrics, creating dashboards or logs to track improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic reading/writing skills to handle data and official documents.
• Good English proficiency for reporting and cross-team communication.
• Experience with data profiling and QA tools (e.g., Great Expectations, custom scripts).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages (Python) for data validation tasks.

Preferred/Optional

• Prior experience in data governance or compliance for Arabic data.
• Knowledge of Saudi/Gulf data regulations is a plus.
