About the Role:

The Sr Research and People Insights Lead will drive in-depth research and analysis to uncover the "why" behind people trends. This role will be pivotal in developing comprehensive people insights reports, crafting compelling data stories, and presenting key findings to executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and strategically minded, with a passion for transforming HR data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do:

Research and Analysis of People Trends:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify underlying factors driving people trends.

  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform HR and organizational strategies.

Comprehensive People Insights Reporting:

  • Develop detailed reports and compelling presentations, incorporating external benchmarks where necessary.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy while translating complex data into meaningful insights.

Data Storytelling and Executive Communication:

  • Craft persuasive data narratives to highlight key trends and insights.

  • Present findings effectively to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and impact.

Advanced Analytics and Model Development:

  • Collaborate with data scientists to build sophisticated analytics models using both internal and external data sources.

  • Apply advanced analytics techniques to improve predictive capabilities and strategic workforce planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR leaders, HRBPs, CoEs, and other groups to ensure seamless integration of data insights across various distribution channels.

  • Act as a strategic advisor, offering mentorship on people insights.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies in people analytics.

  • Support initiatives to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability across the organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR research, or a related field.

  • Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python).

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and other workforce management tools.

  • Strong ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior collaborators.

  • Proven ability to craft professional, visually engaging, and impactful data presentations.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and encouraging collaboration.

  • Advanced knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.

  • Experience in workforce planning, diversity analytics, and employee experience measurement.

Pay Range:$160,000 - $175,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
