Associate - Data Science

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for advanced analytics, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies.

• Apply machine learning and deep learning to create solutions that improve business decision-making.

• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and explore their applications to improve analytics and operations.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, define frameworks, and build scalable AI models.

• Ensure smooth deployment of AI models into production and optimize their performance.

• Contribute to building analytics pipelines that support data-informed investment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a quantitative background such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields.

• 4-6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and analytics.

• Experience with LLM models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Claude) and frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.

• Familiar with building and deploying AI models, including RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma DB).

• Strong skills in Python with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Experience with Docker and Git for containerization and version control.

• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models (AWS preferred).

• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks is a plus.

• Passionate about AI technologies and continuous learning.

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
