As the Data Integrity Analyst you will be required to help our business work smarter and more efficiently. You will be encouraged to think innovatively and develop and maintain best practice. This position, positioned in our Engineering Services department, will see you interface closely with the Airbus Fleet Team, Fleet Development Project Team, MIS, Configuration Control, Major Assembly Analyst and Receipt Compliance, providing support and assistance where required, across the JANZ business.
Reporting to our Fleet Development Lead, key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Actively analyse aircraft load data and review and recommend process improvements;.
- Assist with developing new aircraft and major assembly masks;
- Analyse and mitigate risks and issues in the aircraft load processes;
- Develop and deliver business process improvements including controls and measures;
- Identify and manage existing systems with continuous improvement resulting in improved system utilisation;
- Suggest corrections within the MIS, as required, using Data Change Requests;.
- Benchmark with other airlines and across other industries to identify new aircraft load processes and methodologies;
- Drive business/process improvement and initiatives across the department to improve compliance;
- Provide regular communications and actively engage with the Aircraft Technical Data and the Fleet Development teams;.
- Identify and implement new methodologies and technology enablers to improve safety and compliance.

We are seeking the following experience and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aviation (preferred)
- Recent TRAX experience (preferred)
- Problem- solving and analytical ability using IT platforms
- Experience with a programming Language e.g. SQL, VBA, or Python for data automation (preferred)
- Experience in dashboard creation/reporting e.g., Power BiI or similar.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and work with a diverse internal and external stakeholder group
- Process driven ability, and a drive to deliver business outcomes to deadlines
- High motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks unsupervised
- Ability to identify shortfalls in current processes and procedures, and willingness to recommend and document improvements
- Aircraft Configuration experience (desirable)
