Team mission

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Automation Manager to lead our automation initiatives. This role will oversee the automation of current processes and identify future potential operational and customer-facing automations, leveraging AI and LLM technologies across different channels.

Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and Automation:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across various departments.
• Map current manual processes handled by agents and assess automation requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions using AI/LLM technologies.
• Oversee the development and deployment of automation workflows and tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our automation strategies competitive.
• Provide training and support to teams on automation tools and best practices.
• Develop and implement a framework for experimentation, including running A/B tests to optimize AI/LLM prompts and processes.

Project Management and Leadership:

• Contribute to KPI target setting for the department, enabling the team to achieve KPIs and meet roadmap milestones.
• Define and lead functional areas/projects with clear objectives, outcomes, and contingency plans by leveraging subject matter expertise.
• Work independently within the department in their area of expertise.
• Manage escalated processes, cases, or projects of high complexity with expertise.
• Support the creation of department strategy and adapt it to their specific area of expertise.
• Drive innovation across larger or cross-functional projects to implement new solutions or technologies.

Collaboration and Compliance:

• Consider the broader context within responsibilities and identify trade-offs where necessary.
• Fully comprehend and clearly communicate their team's goals and strategy to collaborators/stakeholders.
• Ensure engagement and buy-in while collaborating effectively across partner teams within the department, influencing broader strategies and fostering collaboration.
• Partner with SaaS vendors to drive innovation, customization, and favorable ROI.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum +3 years of experience in Process management, ideally +5 years of experience.
• Experience in process automation and management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and LLM technologies and their application in business processes.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and designing effective AI/LLM interactions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Rest API and JSON knowledge is a plus.
