What you'll do 

In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business strategies and decisions. You will collaborate with a dynamic, expert team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment to develop a mission-critical analytics system for SAP HANA Cloud and other SAP database solutions. As part of a data-driven solutions team, you will design, build, and operate robust data pipelines, ensuring data flows seamlessly across systems to enable next-generation analytics.

Your work will involve database design, analytical modeling, data transformation, pipeline setup, AI enablement, and rigorous quality assurance. As a self-motivated innovator, you will explore unconventional approaches and cutting-edge technologies to deliver state-of-the-art data solutions. Your contributions will help shape the future of enterprise data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business goals and translate them into data-driven strategies, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and KPIs.
• Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive data pipelines and analytical models, transforming raw data into valuable executive-level insights.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Analytical Expertise: Extensive experience in database design and analytical modeling, with a deep understanding of data structures and relationships.
• Data Processing Proficiency: Expertise in data ingestion, transformation, validation, and lifecycle management, ensuring high-quality data flows.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or SQL to build efficient and scalable solutions.
• Creative and Agile Thinking: A passion for continuous learning and exploring innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player, with the ability to contribute to a high-performance, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP products or services, particularly SAP HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Datasphere, is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Communication: written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
