Position Overview:

In this Data Analyst role, you'll be pivotal in transforming intricate business, customer, and platform data into actionable intelligence. Your insights will drive enhanced operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions for both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical foundation, expertise in predictive analytics and data visualization, and a passion for using data to propel business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive analyses on complex datasets using sophisticated analytical methods.
  • Develop and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and visual data representations.
  • Investigate customer data to identify patterns, extract insights, and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage a repository of both standardized and custom reporting templates.
  • Present complex data insights in a clear, accessible manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, and operations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work alongside internal technical teams to enhance reporting tools and capabilities.
  • Design, build, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Apply forecasting techniques to accurately predict construction project timelines.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a data analytics role.
  • Strong expertise with data visualization tools (such as Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Proven experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods.
  • Minimum of 3 years working collaboratively across different departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Solid skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Data Lakes and cloud platforms.
  • Prior industry experience in home construction is preferred.
  • Must be available for on-site reporting as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large, multifaceted datasets in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
  • Strong track record of conducting independent analyses that drive meaningful organizational change.
