Your role in our mission

Make your mark as Gainwell develops innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes. 

• Support the full life cycle of development activities to assist us in delivering new services and technical products to clients 
• Perform as an advisor and individual contributor for product systems, processes, software configuration, network architecture and interface capabilities
• Assist in preparing and addressing product requirements by determining usability and implementing change requests to meet business needs
• Deploy specific product configurations and bring your skills to overall system design and integration
• Participate in user acceptance testing and coordinate product launches into new and existing markets
• Get involved in helping define and outline business cases to ensure that our proposed solutions can deliver significant business benefits to clients

What we're looking for

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks and technologies like
• Expertise in designing and implementing chunking strategies for diverse datasets.
• Strong knowledge of data embedding techniques and working experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in AIML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AIML workloads (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with API integration for AI services and building scalable applications.

What you should expect in this role

Desirable Skills:

• Hands on experience with Amazon Bedrock and or Microsoft Azure OpenAI services.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and large language model (LLM) fine tuning.
• Exposure to different chunking strategies, including overlap and semantic segmentation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices for deploying and managing AI models in production.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering value driven solutions.
