Job Description

• Transform data from various data sources into actionable business information.
• Support to maintain and improve data pipeline and dashboards
• Perform ad-hoc analysis (e.g. with Tableau or Excel)
• Partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze and solve business problems
• Helping identify process improvement opportunities to build streamlined and scalable solutions

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student in the field of Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a similar field with excellent results
• You have interest in analyzing complex topics in the area of Service & Support
• You own strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• You are able to quickly gain a deep understanding of BI platforms, database schemas, data pipeline, and business logic
• You have good knowledge/initial experience in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table…) and SQL. Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, SAP are desirable.
• You have a good command of English
