Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) and business teams to understand use cases and prioritize the User Stories backlog according to business value
  • Translate business requirements into clear specifications for data architects and data engineers
  • Participate in data modeling to ensure consistency between business requirements and data structure
  • Ensure data availability and reliability in the various tools (GCP, Spotfire, etc.)
  • Ensure ongoing data availability and reliability by working jointly with data engineers, PO/PLs and business units
  • Examine complex data sets to provide insights and precise recommendations to the business, challenging and reframing their requests where necessary
  • Documentation and support: Write functional documentation and user support, through incident analysis
  • Ensure training and acculturation of teams (users, Key Users, Product Leaders, etc.) and support the business to better understand their data
  • Suggest improvements to data structuring, modeling and process optimization

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cloud GCP, Big Query, GitLab. SQL, JSON, Airflow and knowledge of data visualization tools (Spotfire, Looker) would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the agile methods of JIRA/Confluence tools
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of results, with an optimization-oriented approach.
  • Interpersonal skills: autonomy, rigor, ability to lead cross-functional sessions.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment - France, Romania, India
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to a non-technical audience.
  • Fluent English
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst is required
