Lead the development and implementation of enterprise data platform solutions focused specifically on marketing and customer data initiatives. This role bridges technical data architecture with business needs to deliver actionable customer insights and enable data-driven marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product roadmap for marketing and customer data components within the enterprise data platform
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data solutions that unify customer information across touchpoints
Define data governance standards for customer and marketing data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Partner with data engineering teams to design efficient data pipelines, models, and APIs for marketing analytics
Evaluate and recommend technologies for data collection, processing, and activation across marketing channels
Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing data initiatives and platform adoption
Present data platform capabilities and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and marketing leaders
Qualifications:
Experience implementing customer identity resolution solutions
Background in marketing analytics and business processes
Experience with data processing and activation
Prior experience in agile development environments
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $102,100 -- $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
