What you will do

In this vital role you will oversee the implementation and manage the development team in India for the Patient Access Reimbursement Central (PARC) Technical Product Team while collaborating closely with multi-functional teams across the US and India. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance technical solutions that support Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and enhance patient access and reimbursement operations.

As a Sr. Developer, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that the Salesforce-based PARC product is seamlessly integrated with Databricks, AWS, and other enterprise-grade applications. You will lead development efforts while fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and Agile standard processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers in India, providing technical guidance and overseeing development activities.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures that integrate seamlessly across multiple platforms.

• Take ownership of Databricks implementation, including data processing, optimization, and integration with other enterprise systems.

• Work closely with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud teams to ensure seamless integration and technical alignment.

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across different time zones (US and India) to align business requirements with technical solutions.

• Ensure adoption of standard processes in software development, including CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing frameworks.

• Proactively troubleshoot key technical issues, driving resolutions and ensuring optimal system performance.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, AWS advancements, and emerging technologies, evaluating their impact on current solutions.

• Advocate and implement SAFe Agile methodologies, contributing to Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles.

What we expect of you

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and 4 to 6 years of software development experience OR

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and 6 to 8 years of software development experience OR

• Diploma in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10 to 12 years of software development experience

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on system architecture and enterprise application design.

• Proven technical leadership experience, managing development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Deep expertise in Databricks, including data engineering, transformations, and performance optimization.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Pandas, and similar technologies, with hands-on experience in data processing and analytics.

• Hands-on experience in backend development and API design

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across integrated systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.

• Prior experience working in SAFe Agile teams with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Patient Services and Marketing domains is a plus.

• Strong AWS cloud knowledge with experience in services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, EC2, API Gateway, and IAM.

• Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation capabilities is a plus.

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, or Technical Architect) are advantageous.
