As a Data Analyst you will…

As a Data Analyst in the TV Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify customer and usage trends, measuring product performance across the Nordic footprint and providing insights supporting strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team tightly integrated with our Pay TV, Content management and TV business teams.  You will analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns to understand TV Customers’ viewing and behavior patterns and identify key drives for stickiness. Your insights will be used to prioritize TV development, ensuring a focus on what matters most to our customers.

Additionally, you will enable content provider statistics and trends as input to negotiation processes and strategic planning of Telia’s content portfolio.

You will also play a crucial role in identifying and addressing fraud and misuse of the TV service, showcasing our commitment to exploring new opportunities and maximizing the potential of our vast data resources.

Who we’re looking for

You are independent with a strong drive, yet a team player who appreciates an inclusive team environment. You have a proven track record in data analysis, where your unique blend of analytical, technical, and business skills has created value. Specifically, you have proven experience as a Data Analyst with several success stories to share.

Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data sets and work with various databases while effectively managing data from multiple sources. You are proficient in data analysis tools and software such as SQL and Python and have experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Qlik Sense or Tableau. Experience with cloud technologies like GCP, Big Query is a plus.

Your curious and proactive mindset drives you to raise and test hypotheses to uncover insights. You have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. You can initiate, drive, and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.

(Monthly salary range for this position: 3 908 - 5 863 EUR before tax deduction. This range is applicable for candidates based in Lithuania).
