AI / ML Engineer

 Key Responsibilities:*Establishing a new department from scratch*Conducting recruitment in line with the needs of consulting clients and positioning consultants accordingly*Providing technical and managerial support to the newly established team*Delivering innovative solutions for products used by internal and external customers*Defining standards for software development processes across multiple directorates within the organization and driving continuous improvement activities in existing processes*Managing recruitment, performance, and human resources for the architectural unit
 Required Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields*Minimum 2 years of practical experience in ML/AI*Strong proficiency in Python programming language*Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)*Experience in ML model development and deployment on GCP*Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)*Experience with Docker and containerization*Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills*Ability to work well in a team
 Preferred Qualifications:*Experience with AWS*Good proficiency in English
