Title: Sr. Director, Go-to-Market Data Science, Analytics & Business Intelligence

Location: Remote, USA

Job Summary:

The Sr. Director of Business Intelligence & Strategic Analytics will lead the development and execution of a data-driven strategy that empowers business leaders with actionable insights. This role oversees the design and optimization of BI systems, fosters a data-driven culture, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. By leveraging advanced analytics and cutting-edge BI technologies, this leader will enable informed decision-making across finance, sales, marketing, and go-to-market operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of business intelligence solutions, from problem definition and hypothesis development to solution design and delivery.
• Develop and implement a robust BI strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances decision-making.
• Oversee the implementation, rollout, and maintenance of Snowflake, Power BI, and related systems to improve business processes and reporting capabilities.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze large, complex datasets, driving predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives.
• Partner with key stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing, and operations to align data strategies with business objectives and resolve roadblocks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, mine, and analyze data, identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing business performance.
• Identify and implement BI development initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability.
• Drive high-impact, complex analytical engagements that influence data architecture and the advanced analytics ecosystem.
• Analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful implementation.
• Foster a data-driven culture by educating teams on the value of business intelligence and analytics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence leader, with a track record of driving strategic analytics initiatives.
• Strong experience in managing relationships with senior executives and leading complex portfolios of analytics programs.
• Hands-on expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and/or strategic analytics roles.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and Snowflake for data modeling, extraction, and transformation.
• Proven experience in delivering scalable and reliable analytical solutions across multiple business functions.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance best practices.
• Experience in cybersecurity-related data analytics.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in business intelligence.
