Job Description

• Work on the critical Financial Risk Management application based on S&P´s Markit EDM, serving an international context.
• Analysis frameworks and reports are currently developed within Markit, using SQL, SSRS, .Net, CI/CD, on on-premise infrastructures.
• Ensure internal compliance of its deliverables (security, internal control, IFC, data privacy ...)
• Qualify, analyze, design and develop solutions for new business needs associated with the application. Produce functional, technical specifications, and test plans.
• Assist in the proper configuration of Power BI components *Desktop, Gateway and Services) and train end users to become autonomous in defining their own reports over time.
• Assist the development team in other aspects of the Markit product configuration to meet new business requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Experience working on Power BI components setup, configuration, use and
• training
• Experience with financial risk analysis
• 5+ Fluent programming in MS SQL language and SSRS
• Experience in database schema analysis and use
• Good knowledge of cloud frameworks such as AWS and Azure
• Good understanding of security constraints applied in project
• Good communication skills
• Attentive to detail, autonomous, available and reliable with good team spirit
• Proactivity and results orientation
• Willing to learn and accept new challenges
• Desired: Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines in .Net. S&P Markit and Insurance industry
