About the Role

As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy by analyzing user behavior, identifying trends, measuring A/B test results, and driving actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive fuel growth. Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams to define KPIs, track performance, and uncover insights that drive product decisions. 
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature adoption, and conversion funnels to improve engagement and retention. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to empower teams with real-time data. 
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience. 
  • Leverage SQL, Python, or R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets. 
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and business teams to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience. 
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner. 
  • Contribute to building a strong data culture by advocating best practices and improving data literacy across the company. 

 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field. 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake, or Redshift is a plus). 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker). 
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling. 
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimentation frameworks. 
  • Experience working with event-based data tracking tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). 
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. 

 

In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $132,000-$165,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In NYC, the salary range for this position is $144,000-$180,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
