**This position require working in European time zone (Italy).**
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze project data to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
- Ability to develop and run scripts in large data setups.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for project stakeholders.
- Document data analysis processes and methodologies.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present data insights.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Provide training and support to team members on data-related tools and processes.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Implement best practices for data management and analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and project management.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement data quality control measures.
- Address data-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects by providing data-driven insights.
- Monitor project progress and performance using data metrics.
- Support the PMO team in achieving project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Any graduation in data science and engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in using Power BI, Power Apps and Qlik BI for data integration.
- Experience in programming tools such as Python and SQL.
- Ability to write scripts for data extraction, scripting experience is mandatory.
- Experience with programming tools such as VB, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in database management systems (DBMS).
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Skills in data analysis, visualization, and optimization, including writing scripts to extract and optimize data.
- Good communication skills with Good Level of English (B2/C1)
- Shift Timings: Should be comfortable to work in European time zone (Italy).
