We are looking for a Senior Analyst in one of our Marketing teams (Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing), with 3+ years of experience to manage and optimize marketing campaigns across key platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong analytical and technical skills, capable of executing and optimizing large-scale campaigns to drive growth.
You will work closely with internal teams (Martech, Data Science, Engineering, and Creative) as well as key external platform partners to enhance performance, improve automation, and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience with bidding and targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling while understanding the changing privacy and measurement landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various paid social, search or affiliate marketing platforms to ensure performance aligns with business objectives.
- Analyze performance data, build reports, and generate insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to test and optimize ad creatives, messaging, and landing page experiences.
- Work with Martech and Data Science teams to improve automation, tracking, and attribution models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by testing new platform features, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
- Build strong relationships with external platform partners to ensure best practices and innovation in campaign execution.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in Excel (advanced), SQL, Looker, Tableau; Python and/or R are strong plus
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, Bing, Awin, Metapik or CJ.
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, attribution modeling, and marketing automation.
- Expertise in the evolving privacy and measurement landscape, including iOS ATT, first-party data and server-side tracking
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
