We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to work closely with our Senior Managing Director & Co-Founder.
Key responsibilities include:-Research emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential applications in banking.-Collaborate with startups and external partners to explore and integrate innovative AI solutions.-Work closely with senior management to align AI initiatives with the bank’s strategic goals.-Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions across various banking functions.-Identify opportunities for process optimization, risk management, and enhanced customer experience using AI technologies. Skills:- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, machine learning, natural language processing, and automation.- Ability to translate AI research into real-world banking solutions.- Excellent communication skills for engaging with startups and senior management.- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.- Hard working- Willing, proactive, and motivated Short description:- The successful candidate will be proactive and ready for a new venture.-The role involves researching the latest AI trends, engaging with startups, and working closely with senior management to drive AI-driven projects across the bank, fostering innovation and improving operational efficiency.- This role will enable you to build on skills in life such as management and working with people from various levels of seniority
