Analyst, Master Data Management (12-months Contract)

Key responsibilities

• Support Manager to achieve business objectives
• Direct contact with requestors to obtain required information, validate data provided and update non-trade supplier/non-trade customer/employee master database for countries supported by GSS globally
• Create, develop and maintain non-trade supplier/non-trade customer/employee master database
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Maintain good collaboration across Business Lines and Functions
• Support Manager in special projects/adhoc task
• Achieve various KPIs measuring performance indicated above  

Required Skills and Knowledge

• At least 2 years of working experience in an administration role
• Positive customer service attitude
• Experience in Master Data Management system with data analysis knowledge e.g. (Pivot, Vlook up) is preferred
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Meticulous, independent and analytical
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good team player
• Self-initiated with strong commitment to meet deadlines
• Excellent self-management towards multi-tasking and ability to manage tight deadlines
