Financial Data Analysis Intern (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support in collection and tracking of project costs
• Continuously improve cost control processes, tools, and reporting systems
• Enhance Excel-based cost control tools and develop VBA macros for automation
• Building interactive and visually appealing Power Apps-applications and Power BI dashboards and reports
• Support in the creation, testing and usage of Business intelligence environment
• Utilize SAP to retrieve and model data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information
• Designing and mapping data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights
• Working closely with business stakeholders to identify business requirements for reports
• Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
• Work cross-functionally with different teams and on different projects as required

Your Qualifications

• Studying for university degree in business engineering, business informatics or comparable education
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and VBA
• Knowledge of cost management and data analytics desirable (ideally SAP, SAP-BW, Power BI)
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German as an advantage
• Ability to work in a team 
• Strong and diplomatic communication skills
• Analytical mindset, attention to details
• Willingness to learn new tech stack

• Nice to have: Experience in building solutions with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or comparable low-code environment (university projects are ok as well)
• Nice to have: Experience with relational databases desirable (e.g. SQL-Server, MySql,  PostgreSQL or comparable relational database software)
