Role Overview: We seek an accomplished AI Analyst to join our newly established AI CoE team, where you will be instrumental in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges. In this role, you will analyze vast amounts of data to uncover trends that improve our products and services. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance our operational effectiveness and drive innovation. Your work will directly contribute to our strategic goals, making your role critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a contributing member of an AI CoE who will support the execution of AI Strategy, focused on achieving organizational goals, and serving our customers.
• The primary responsibility of this role is to procure and build scalable and high-performance custom data models and algorithms to perform comprehensive analysis to derive meaningful, actionable insights, identify trends and provide insights and analyses around customer and project data.
• Employ various statistical analysis techniques to examine consumer attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors with a focus on understanding the “why’s” behind the findings.

• Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms across the enterprise to optimize customer service operations, sentiment analysis, and customer interaction analytics.

• Enhance existing AI systems and creating new solutions based on business needs.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
• Develop and communicate sophisticated analyses and insights to a wide array of business partners with varying technical expertise from operational teams to executive audiences, both in oral presentations and via written report

• Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of AI initiatives, providing senior leadership with regular updates and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in AI, ML, and LLM technologies in BPO, product development, or recruitment marketing settings.
• Profound understanding of AI algorithms, NLP, machine learning frameworks, and deep learning models.
• Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, SPSS, SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges.
• Experience navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations.
• Experience in working in dual shore engagement is preferred.
