We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst (d/f/m) to join our mobile.de Analytics team in Berlin.

The opportunity will be offered as a fixed term contract (maternity cover) for 1 year.

Join our motivated analytics team within a data mesh-driven business unit, where insights and innovation power every decision. We’re looking for a Business Analyst (Intermediate) to optimize digital retail functionality in our used car marketplace. Reporting to the Team Lead Analytics, you’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to enhance customer journeys, sales funnels, and digital transactions using BI tools (Looker/Tableau) and data-driven strategies. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration. What you'll do:

• Act as a business partner within the cross-functional team, striving for insights that deeply challenge our understanding of the business

• inform future experimentation design and business and product roadmaps by conducting AB-test-analysis, performing exploratory and predictive analysis to understand user behaviour

• definition of metrics frameworks and building of self service dashboards which enable the team to track progress and impact of their initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role

• Proficiency in working with big data and data visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, Looker, or Tableau

• Solid grasp of statistics and data interpretation

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and front-end tracking methods

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present findings clearly to different team members
