About The Job

As a Customer Data Analyst, you will be part of Alfa Laval’s Business Unit Hygienic Fluid Handling at our global center in Kolding. In this role, you will support our B2B operations, collaborating with the industry’s leading channel network. Our Kolding site is home to over 850 dedicated professionals, and we are excited to welcome you to our innovative and dynamic team.

We aim to leverage data to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. We are looking for a talented Customer Data Analyst to help us understand and utilize customer data across various touchpoints. In this role, you will:

• Analyse data across different touchpoints to identify trends and focus on lead generation.
• Champion the use of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Provide input on enterprise feature improvements and refinements for data analytics.
• Understand customer behaviour through data analysis to improve our digital customer journeys.
• Ensure data quality and interpret patterns with a detail-oriented approach.
• Solve business challenges through data-driven insights

The position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We expect travel activity to be approximately 10-20 days a year.

What You Know

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, e-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, customer experience or a related field - B2B experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Hotjar.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

You are curious with a creative mindset, but you have a structural approach to getting things done. You have a track record in data analysis. You have good digital understanding and ability to understand how systems interact and how to extract data that can be transformed into actions.
