Key Responsibilities:

• Support on AI Initiatives: Collaborate with the customer to understand their Al initiatives and provide support in aligning with their goals
• Informed Guidance: Stay up to date with the latest Al trends, technologies, industry, and developments in Al hardware and software, including advancements in GPU architecture, TPUs, and other Al-specific technologies to provide informed guidance
• Translate AI Concepts: Translate complex Al concepts into plain language, making them accessible to non-technical stakeholders
• Deliver Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations, whitepapers, and other content to effectively communicate Al ideas
• Define Requirements: Work with customers to define requirements for Al solutions that can be provided to companies for development or testing. Ensure requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with customer needs
• Network with Industry Experts: Engage with industry experts to share knowledge and insights on Al hardware/software, emerging technologies and capabilities
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, developers, and industry leaders
• Customer Liaison: Serve as a liaison between customers and the broader Al community, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration
• Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication and coordination between customers, researchers, and developers to advance Al initiatives.
• Conference Travel: Travel to attend conferences, meetings, and other events worldwide to represent the customer and coordinate Al efforts across the community.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and tackle complex challenges in Al development.

• Location: On-site
• Travel Requirements: Minimal 10%
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years
• Understanding of AI: Strong technical understanding of Al concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into plain language
• Customer Experience: Experience working with customers, developers, and researchers to define and develop Al solutions
• AI Hardware and Software: Strong knowledge of current Al hardware and software developments, including industry trends and advancements.
• Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Desired:

• Software: Experience and/or technical knowledge & insights for at least four of the following disciplines:
  • Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP}
  • Data Structures
  • Big O notation and algorithmic efficiencies
  • Transformer architectures and LLMs
  • Natural Language Programing
  • RAG and model fine-tuning
  • Knowledge graphs and Neo4J
  • Embeddings and vector Databases
• Certifications: Project Management/Systems Engineering, and Al/ML Certifications
• Experience with Customer: Prior Experience with the sponsor, specifically OCONUS.
• Supporting Senior Management: Prior experience supporting Senior Level management.
• Working across organizational boundaries: Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals.
