Job Overview
The Product Management team is looking for a Product Insights Analyst with strong analytical and collaboration skills, and a strong desire to learn how software product teams deliver exceptional value and experiences to end users. You will be responsible for helping to identify, organize, analyze, and synthesize key data that enables our teams to make strong data-driven product decisions. You will help build a strong data-driven culture by ensuring that data is thoughtfully and consistently considered, collected, and measured across the full software product development lifecycle. A successful candidate must be energized by building great software products, collaborating with a diverse range of partners, and deeply exploring data. This position reports to the Manager of Product Operations.Job Description and Requirements
Your role in action:
Develop a strong understanding of what is and is not available within the Relativity data ecosystem and how available data can be effectively leveraged for reporting and analytics
Support Product Managers in formulating and answering questions about product performance, usability, and adoption that can help inform future product improvement opportunities and prioritization
Help define, measure, and share impact and adoption targets/outcome metrics before and after launching product changes
Design and build visually appealing Tableau dashboards that surface key product insights
Develop a strong understanding of how customers use the products and features that your teams own
Serve as a liaison between Product Managers and other internal teams (e.g. Business Intelligence, Observability) to share and discuss product data needs and challenges
Your Skills and Experience:
Current student, pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in business,
computer science, data analytics, or related area of studyStrong interest in pursuing a career in product management or
business intelligence in the software industryExperience analyzing complex data sets and synthesizing and sharing
key business insightsProficiency with SQL and relational databases required
Experience building reporting dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or
similar data visualization platform requiredProficiency with R, Python, or other programming languages for data
analysis and engineering strongly preferredKnowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques preferred
Demonstrated familiarity with ETL processes for extracting,
transforming, and loading data from various sourcesDetail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work both
independently and in a team environment

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
