Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Chef de Projet IT (ALL GENDER) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac - Wings Campus. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 14 personnes au sein du département  « Airline Support & Services »  et du produit “Maintenance Operation Optimization” qui est en charge du système d’information supportant le service Après vente Airbus

Cet apprentissage consistera à participer au projet de transformation des outils de collaboration entre Airbus et ses clients lors de la maintenance avion où notre division va piloter la mise en place des produits informatiques supportant cette transformation.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de un à deux ans .

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Définition, suivi et validation des évolutions réalisées dans le cadre du projet 

• Participation aux ateliers techniques et fonctionnels

• Proposition puis réalisation/suivi d’actions d’amélioration de la  qualité et des tests (automatisation, cybersécurité, devops, …)

• Proposition puis réalisation/suivi d'adaptations sur l’application

Au fil du temps vous serez amené à prendre des décisions afin d’assurer la performance globale du projet.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +4/5 ou vous êtes en parcours d’un double diplôme / master spécialisé dans le domaine de la réalisation/gestion de projet informatique/digital pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Gestion de Projet

• Maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs langages de programmation (.Net, NodeJS, C#, Java, Python…), qui est un plus

• Appétence pour l’IA générative & l'intelligence artificielle

Soft skils :

• Curiosité et bon relationnel

• Capacité de communication, d’analyse et de synthèse

• Esprit d’équipe

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais  : courant

• Français : courant

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.  

Notre processus de sélection

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "IT Project Manager Apprentice (ALL GENDER)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft Division on its site in Blagnac - Wings Campus.

You will be joining a team of 14 people in the "Airline Support & Services" department and the "Maintenance Operation Optimization" product, which is responsible for the information system supporting Airbus' After-Sales service.

This apprenticeship will consist in participating in the project to transform the collaboration tools between Airbus and its clients during aircraft maintenance, where our division will lead the implementation of the IT products supporting this transformation.
  
This training will start in September / October 2025 and will last 1 or 2 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Definition, tracking, and validation of IT development  in line with project methodologies
• Participation in technical and functional workshops  
• Proposing and implementing/following up on actions to improve quality and testing (automation, cybersecurity, devops, etc.)  
• Proposing and implementing/following on application changes & adaption

Over time, you will be tasked with making decisions to ensure the overall performance of the project.

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 4/5 level training (or double diploma, specialized master)  in the field of IT Project Management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Project Management
• Mastery of one or more programming languages (.Net, NodeJS, C#, Java, Python, etc.)  
• Keen interest or Experience in generative AI & artificial intelligence  

Soft skills :

• Curiosity and good interpersonal skills  
• Communication, analysis, and synthesis skills  
• Team spirit  

Language skills:

• English: fluent
• French: fluent

Our selection process:
