The rapidly growing Global Professional Services team is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative and strategically-minded Business Intelligence (BI) professional to build and evolve our data-driven insights that empower decisions. As this is an emerging function within Professional Services, you will have your chance to make a measurable difference! 

In this global role, you will be integral in architecting, building, and optimizing our data infrastructure to support sales and operational analytics and business intelligence. Paired with a Business Analyst teammate, this role requires a blend of skills in data architecture  and data analysis to creatively solve complex business problems and accelerate the speed of decision making for our global teams and customers.  We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and empower our team to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…

• ETL and Data Pipeline Development – Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL, from sources like SFDC, ServiceNow, Keyedin and other internal data sources.
• Data Structuring and Integration – Analyze and structure raw data for efficient processing and storage; integrate source application fields into a Data Warehouse, ideally using Snaplogic.
• Expertise in Snowflake for data architecture and database management.
• Data Visualization and Reporting – Develop impactful visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Analytics and Insights – Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize business performance and decision-making.
• Process Optimization and Automation – Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including infrastructure scaling, optimizing data delivery, and automating workflows.
• Data Integrity and Best Practices – Ensure adherence to analytics best practices, maintain data accuracy, and proactively investigate and resolve data-related issues.
• Dashboard Development and Enhancement – Expand and refine Tableau dashboards, enhance reporting processes, and centralize reporting repositories.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration  – Partner with stakeholders across leadership, including Advanced Services, Technical Services, Customer Success, Operations, CX, Product, and Data Engineering teams, to support data infrastructure needs.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) – Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and visual exploration of data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Analytical Tool Development – Build analytical solutions to improve key business metrics, including operational efficiency, productivity, and customer acquisition.
• AI/ML Knowledge (Desired) – Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and experience in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models for predictive analytics (Data Science) is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM…

• Experience & Technical Skills – 8+ years of experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Database & Cloud Expertise – Strong knowledge of Snowflake (mandatory) and cloud-based Data Warehouses; understanding of database structures in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
• BI & Visualization Tools – Expertise in Tableau (required); experience with Power BI or similar platforms is a plus.
• Data Communication & Insights – Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred). A master's degree is a plus.
• Work Environment & Collaboration – Ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Passion for Data & BI – Enthusiastic about leveraging BI tools and data insights to drive business growth.
• Organizational & Analytical Skills – Highly accountable, proactive, self-directed, and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning is a plus
• Experience in Advanced Services/Professional Services operations is a plus.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Raleigh, NC office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave

The annual base salary range is: $118,000 - $178,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
