Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: (This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in information technology or a directly related field.  

2. 10+ years business domain experience. Must have experience across several relevant business domains in the utilization of critical thinking skills to conceptualize complex business problems and their solutions using large scale business data sets. 

3. Collect data from existing legacy sources as well as new data sources including Oracle EBS, cloud platforms and manually generated sources.

 4. Create reports and analysis for a variety of business departments within service function. 

5. Design, develop and support Interfaces from and to various business and enterprise applications. 

6. Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes. 

7. Produce accurate analyses and/or hypotheses testing by applying algorithms to large structured as well as unstructured datasets. 

8. Understand key paths, patterns and customer behaviours leading to desired as well as undesired business outcomes; perform deep data analysis to understand root causes and develop business strategies to solve for problem areas. 

9. Technical skills: • Knowledge and experience on Service Software tools and applications • Experience with Microsoft SQL Quires • Experience with Microsoft BI Stack & Power BI • Microsoft Certified Power BI data Analytics Associate • Experience with Excel Advance & Power Query • Experience with Smartsheet report & workflow • Strong knowledge of MS SharePoint and Office Suites • Familiarity with Oracle eBusiness Suite 

10. Provide reporting and analytical solutions to support data-driven decision making for higher management. 

11. Develop, maintain and enhance Business Intelligence Solutions and Analytics Dashboards in coordination with cross function team, developers within the company. 

12. Support and Troubleshoot Enterprise and Custom BI Systems, Solutions and Analytics Platforms. 

13. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems. 

14. Collaborate with teams to integrate systems. 

15. Develop and update technical documentation & Requirement document

16. Learn and use current, best-of-breed computing tools for delivering solutions.

17. Identify, recommend, and prioritize new solutions and applications in conjunction with business requirements

18. Conduct research and attend training for current and emerging business intelligence technologies in support of reporting needs.

Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of the field service and service sales domain is crucial for interpreting data in context and generating relevant insights. This includes knowledge of: • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Understanding how to track and analyze service performance against SLAs. • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Identifying and monitoring relevant KPIs for service operations and sales performance

• Service Processes: Familiarity with service workflows, including dispatching, maintenance, and repairs. 

• Sales Processes: Understanding sales cycles, lead generation, and customer relationship management. 

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse business problems, identify data-driven solutions, and make recommendations for improvement. 

• Critical Thinking: Capacity to evaluate data critically, identify trends and patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. Soft Skills: 

• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Presentation Skills: Ability to create compelling presentations and visualizations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

 • Collaboration Skills: Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including service managers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders.

 • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in data handling and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. 

• Curiosity and Continuous Learning: A passion for data and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics.

 Time Travel Needed: 1. Requires ability to maintain overall productivity in an interruption-driven environment 2. Travel as required 5% (domestic & international)
