We're seeking an enthusiastic entry-level AI Software Engineer with a strong foundation in software development and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate will join our dynamic engineering team to develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered applications while learning from experienced mentors.

As an Entry-Level Software Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering and data science teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that integrate AI/ML technologies. You will gain hands-on experience in building scalable systems, optimizing algorithms, and contributing to the development of intelligent applications.

What you will do

? Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks

? Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to implement machine learning models into production systems

? Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices

? Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

? Debug and resolve software defects

? Assist in the development and optimization of AI/ML pipelines

? Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes

What we are looking for

? 0-3 years of professional software development experience

? Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages

? Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

? Experience with version control systems (Git)

? Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)

? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

? Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases

? Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

? Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

? Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

? Personal projects or open-source contributions showcasing your technical skills

Education/Training

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

? Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects (academic, personal, or professional).

Work Environment/Benefits

? Position is onsite at the Corporate office with the potential of one day/week remote following three months of employment.

? Standard work week - 40 hours; however, employees may be required to work additional time necessary to meet deadlines and complete projects.
