Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team in Dubai and drive the development and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions for our asset management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML, with a focus on applying these technologies to optimize property operations, maintenance, and customer service. You will be instrumental in developing systems that enhance predictive maintenance, streamline workflows, and improve data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

AI for Asset Optimization:

• Develop and deploy AI models for predictive maintenance, identifying potential issues before they arise.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for optimizing energy consumption and resource management within managed properties.
• Create AI algorithms for analyzing property data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Automation of Property Management Processes:

• Design and implement AI-powered automation for tasks such as tenant communication, service request processing, and property inspections.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing property management systems and databases.
• Develop chatbots and virtual assistants to enhance customer service and provide instant support.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze large datasets of property data to gain insights into operational performance and customer behavior.
• Develop AI-driven reporting tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for AI model training and analysis.

Innovation and Technology Exploration:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies relevant to the real estate and asset management industry.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and techniques for potential implementation.
• Contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for Kaizen Asset Management Services.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective AI solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Database management.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of API's.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate or asset management industry.
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS).
• Experience with IoT and sensor data analysis.
