SAP Data Quality- Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Data Quality Manger, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within the SAP environment. This role involves developing and implementing data quality standards, procedures, and metrics to improve the quality of data

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures in alignment with organizational data governance policies.
• Implement data quality tools and technologies within the SAP environment to monitor, analyze, and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify critical data elements and establish data quality requirements.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities to resolve data quality issues.
• Design and generate data quality reports and dashboards to communicate the status of data quality to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with data owners and users to ensure ongoing data quality and to address specific data quality challenges.
• Contribute to the development of data quality improvement plans and oversee their execution.
• Train and support SAP users on data quality best practices and the importance of maintaining high data standards.
• Stay current with the latest data quality tools, trends, and best practices, especially within the SAP ecosystem.
• Participate in data migration and integration projects, ensuring that data quality is maintained throughout the process.

Experience:  

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP Data Quality.
• Should have successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, or other SAP data quality management tools.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP applications and their data structures.
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools for data migration and integration.\
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

• Proficiency in data quality analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement data quality metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education: 

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Data Integration with SAP Data Services, can be advantageous.
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
