Are you driven by the power of data to transform customer experiences? Do you crave a role where your insights directly fuel our success? We're looking for a passionate CS Data Analyst to join our team in Berlin and help us redefine customer service.
Join our dynamic Customer Service team at mobile.de. You'll be an important player amongst 16 internal colleagues and collaborate with 100+ external partners, reporting to our Manager of External Customer Service.

You'll Thrive Here If You:
- Are excited to contribute to a team that values data-driven innovation.
- Have 3+ years of experience in an analyst role, and are ready to bring your skills to a dynamic customer service environment.
- Possess a strong command of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) and data querying languages (SQL, Python, R).
- Understand the critical importance of customer service metrics (CSAT, NPS, etc.) and how they impact our success.
- Are fluent in English and have good German skills, enabling seamless collaboration with our diverse team.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, and are eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting.
- Are ready to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that propel our team forward.
