We are growing our teams and this is an opportunity for you to join our Barcelona office as a Data Analyst within the Analytics Performance Marketing team.
You will collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists besides UA Managers and other Marketing roles to analyse and interpret data that drives our marketing strategies.
Your insights will play a key role in shaping campaign optimization, identifying growth opportunities, and ultimately contributing to the company's success in a competitive gaming market.
As a Data Analyst you will have a key role in defining, extracting and actioning data from big and complex datasets from a variety of analytical solutions from simple to complex.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Gather, clean, and analyze marketing data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.

    • Produce ad hoc analyses to support decision-making for campaigns and product launches.

    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns ( paid ads, organic TV, brand) and provide recommendations for optimisation.

    • Develop actionable insights from user data that inform marketing targeting, acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Data Engineer,  to integrate marketing data with overall product and business objectives.

    • Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations and presentations.

  • Data Quality & Governance:

    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all marketing data through regular data audits and validation processes.

    • Help set and maintain data tracking standards across marketing channels, ensuring consistency and reliability.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the gaming / tech / financial industry.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, etc.).

  • Experience with data modelling, time series analysis, A/B testing, Difference in Difference

  • Ability to identify trends, extract insights, and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

  • Ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with game-related metrics, mobile apps such as daily active users (DAU), in-app purchases (IAPs), and retention/engagement metrics.
