Responsibilities:
 

• Define and implement data models for many Departments (Finance, marketing, revenue management, etc)
• Provide technical guidance. Lead the team to develop reusable and scalable data pipelines to manage increasing data volume and complexity.
• Work with source system and application teams to integrate and establish data pipelines using Databricks and Azure
• Understand data landscape and work closely with extended platform teams to improve data collection, quality, reporting and analytics capabilities
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for Azure solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
• Problem-solving skills by identifying and addressing issues before they impact production environments
• Actively contribute toward our culture of continuous learning by proactively identifying and evangelizing best practices globally.
  
   

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
• 5+ years of relevant Data engineering role by working in projects of: ETL/ELT, Big Data and Data Visualizations  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge in SQL, python,
• Experience with schema design and dimensional data modelling.
• Experience working on Azure and related services, ie: Data Factory, Storage accounts, key vaults, Synapse, PowerBi  
• Agile methodology. How to make a planning and manage resources
