Overview

HireRight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team reporting into our Technology Program Management Organization. This role will be responsible for serving as both the Delivery Manager for multiple Agile Delivery Teams comprised of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Quality Assurance Test Engineers, Product Owner and Product Manager. This role will lead all Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and create all required artifacts to ensure that teams follow Agile practices and Scrum/Kanban Framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement. This role will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams and individuals in adopting and implementing our Agile Model. As the Team’s Delivery Manager this role will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and execution of the initiatives running through the Team’s roadmap and help escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive program-level continuous improvement. This role also will require the Delivery Manager to be working with the team from the office for 3 days in a week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the intake, prioritization and governance of the overall project portfolio for the Enterprise Data Management organization with a focus on AI and RPA projects   

• Oversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle and execution of enterprise data and analytics projects  

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations  

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards  

• Act as the liaison between technical teams (e.g., data engineers, Power BI developers) and business stakeholders across the organization, both domestic and international  

• Facilitate and ensure there is clear communication of technical requirements and business objectives  

• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language when working with business stakeholders  

• Use a collaborative approach with business and technical staff to ensure solutions are well-rounded and address both technical and business needs  

• Develop and refine processes to better align data solutions with organizational objectives  

• Ensure best practices per the company’s data governance, quality, and security standards are met in all projects  

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams  

• Drive accountability and foster collaboration among team members  

• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as necessary  

• Work with stakeholders and SMEs in Sales, Account Management, Customer Onboarding, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance   

• Work with technical team members primarily within the Enterprise Data Management organization but also with team members within Infrastructure, DBAs, software engineering and architecture  

• Facilitate the delivery of projects using Agile principles and methodologies where necessary  

• Helping to plan and execute on launch activities for go to market and operational readiness based on change management for identified projects   

• Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders located in the U.S. and Europe, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvement  

• Scheduling and facilitating project discovery, requirements gathering, peer reviews, stakeholder reviews, legal and compliance signoffs, project statuses and other meetings 

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience
• A maximum of 10 to 12 years of overall working experience in IT
• 3+ years of experience in managing large, complex AI/ML and RPA projects
• 4+ years’ experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master/Kanban Service Delivery Manager or 4+ years’ experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Management role
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Kanban certification is required
• Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence is needed
• Experience working in large-scale Agile environments or with Geographically distributed teams
• Former work experience in Software Development or other technical area of expertise preferred
• Must be able to work overlapping hours between local teams and with US-based teams and stakeholders

• Technical Expertise
•  Basic understanding of basic AI/ML models, RPA tools, related technologies and cloud platforms like GCP & Azure with an interest to learn to any new technologies to support the team’s deliverables

•  Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success and ability to influence and inspire others towards Agile practices and mindsets

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels and handle cross functional team communication to ensure delivery of requirements which involve dependencies
• Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders located in the U.S. and Europe, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvement

              Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions

• Education

              Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
