Role Description

Live Nation UK’s Marketing Partnerships Division seeks a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our Marketing & Creative Solutions team as a Survey & Data Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing survey operations and data processes, ensuring accuracy and delivering timely updates in a fast-paced, agile environment.

As a Survey & Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for survey scripting, implementing updates and ensuring a seamless execution of data collection processes. You will also manage data processing, analysis, transformation and integration; consolidating large and complex datasets into easy-to-use outputs such as Excel dashboards or interactive platforms like Tableau. Additionally, you will provide support to the Research & Insights team, coordinate with various stakeholders and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working in an agile way and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Proficiency in survey tools, data processing, dashboard creation and MS Office Suite are essential for success in this role.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in survey scripting and data operations (agency or client-side).
  • Proficiency in survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Decipher, Survey Monkey).
  • Proficiency in data manipulation software (e.g. SPSS, Q).
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to process and interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience consolidating large datasets into user friendly dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and professional, capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of data governance, GDPR and Market Research Society Code of Conduct.

  • Familiarity with data processing techniques and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Understanding of survey methodologies, questionnaire design, and fieldwork processes.

What the role includes

  • Survey scripting, proof-reading and testing to ensure accuracy and engaging look & feel.
  • Implementing updates to surveys and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Ensuring data quality by reviewing survey responses and flagging inconsistencies.
  • Updating and maintaining project documentation, including timelines and survey change logs.
  • Preparing and processing data for reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability.
  • Building and updating dashboards (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to visualise insights effectively.
  • Coordinating with internal team to ensure seamless data collection and reporting process.
