Our company is seeking a Senior Customer Master Data Analyst to join our Animal Health IT division. This role is a unique opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support the implementation and optimization of Master Data Management (MDM) for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution within our organization. With a particular focus on our Commercial, Sales, and Marketing departments, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, ensuring the successful configuration & adoption of CRM in alignment with our MDM strategy and contribute in our goal to achieve a Customer 360 view.

You will be responsible for the analysis and designing of Customer MDM processes and capabilities, focusing on data cleanliness, customer onboarding and enabling data-driven decision-making for commercial functions. Your role will involve partnering with internal business partners, IT colleagues, and vendors to implement innovative ideas and customer insights. The role is focused on Customers across our entire AH Enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to gather, document, and analyze business requirements as part of the customer lifecycle ensuring alignment with CRM and MDM capabilities
Map customer data flows across systems, identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation
Work with technical teams to ensure system design aligns with business objectives and industry best practices
Support CRM integration with the MDM platform, ERP, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistency
Assist in defining and optimizing CRM processes, workflows, and automation within CRM, in the context of MDM
Identify Potential Risks, Gaps and Opportunities for improvement in the CRM ecosystem as part of the overall customer MDM Landscape
Conduct User Training, create documentation and provide ongoing support across different market to ensure successful adoption of the MDM capabilities
Recommend enhancements to CRM-related MDM processes based on user feedback and evolving business needs
Engage with cross- functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, data stewards, to maintain data governance compliance based on CRM & MDM initiatives
Your Profile
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably with CRM or MDM Projects
Familiarity with Salesforce, Service Cloud and CRM best practices
Strong Business acumen with ability to Understand different Customer Personas, Hierarchies, and Segmentation
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies in developing data-driven products, with a strong focus on customer- centricity
Proven experience in guiding the design, development, and testing of new applications, platforms, systems, and workflows
Ability to ensure alignment with business needs and proactively seeking for ways to improve solution by providing advice on possible solutions to stakeholders
Ability to assess alignment between requirements, solutions, and eventual outcomes
Technical knowledge to operate in a digital environment and work closely with technical SMEs and technical job families, such as Information Architecture and Software Engineering
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to influence and motivate others
Excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong networking and partnerships skillset
Experience with CRM and MDM solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience working with customer engagement models, customer and product MDM, sales & marketing data
