The Search & Exploration team, part of the Consumption, Insights & Analytics organization within the Central Data & Analytics function in the Chief Technology Office, delivers solutions that help employees discover, explore, and gain insights from unstructured data to improve efficiency and minimize fragmentation.

As a Search & Exploration Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to innovate, enhance, and manage an AI-powered search based capabilities that are used by thousands of users across lines of business. You will elevate it to new heights of success while bringing the most advanced GenAI innovations into high-value business processes.

This is a full-time, permanent and hybrid role with many opportunities to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap with alignment with organizational priorities
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and influence decision-making
• Collaborate with experience design team to lead in-depth business / user research
• Stay abreast of industry trends, including AI technologies like GenAI and LLMs, to inform product innovation and identity opportunities for innovation
• Drive Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, ensuring all phases from requirements gathering to deployment are effectively executed.
• Leverage data insights to drive product decisions and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, architecture, QA and other platform teams to drive efficient product development
• Anticipate challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks and manage changes effectively
• Maintain well-organized product backlog
• Drive adoption and socialization of the product across multiple channels
• Analyze data sources, own data service agreements, communicate with respective data owners and stewards

Required Skills And Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in product management within a software development or data analytics context
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, including agile and waterfall
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Ability to understand enterprise and solution architectures

Preferred Skills And Experience

• BSc in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with unstructured data and document intelligence
• Understanding of AI technologies, primarily GenAI and LLMs
• Basic understanding of cloud ecosystems
• Certifications in Agile, Product Management and/or Cloud technologies
