We are seeking a highly motivated HC Data Analyst (Senior Associate) to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making within the Human Capital function.The ideal candidate has strong experience in data structuring, database management, and data analysis, with proficiency in tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.
A solid foundational knowledge of SQL is required to support data extraction and manipulation. You will play a key role in analyzing workforce data, developing insightful dashboards, and optimizing processes to enhance people-related strategies.
You thrive in ambiguity, possess a curious mindset, and are eager to solve complex problems using data.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Structuring:
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets from various HR systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
- Work with SQL databases to extract and manipulate data as needed.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Analyze workforce trends, employee engagement metrics, and other HC data points.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support talent management and workforce planning.
- Identify patterns and correlations in employee data to provide actionable insights.
Dashboard & Reporting Development:
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Partner with HC, Finance, and Business teams to understand key data needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies.
- Stay updated on best practices in HC analytics, data governance, and emerging technologies. Key Qualifications & Skills: ✅ Experience: 2-3 years in data analysis, data management, or a related field. ✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization and automation. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
