What is this position about?  

We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the technical execution of an ESP migration project. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, and integrations, as well as strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Lead the technical execution of the ESP migration, ensuring efficient data integration between Braze/Iterable, Snowflake, and the CDP.
• Design and optimize data pipelines to support migration and integration processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices throughout the project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines, integrations, and ETL processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, pipelines, and integrations.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipeline design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues in large-scale data environments.
• Experience with Braze, Iterable, and CDPs in a data engineering or integration capacity.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern ETL tools.
• Knowledge of best practices in data governance and compliance within marketing and analytics workflows.

How much experience must I have?  

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer or related positions, focused in Snowflake.
